Katrina is a global educator bridging gaps with equitable access using collaborative coaching and learning development to champion change and adaptation. Her goal is to lead her communities by example & relatability, shifting cultures into those that ensure belonging through accessible & equitable means. Katrina has a passion for making change and advocating for people of excluded identities through 20+ years of experience leading diverse teams, creating affinity & support groups, curating learning content for leadership pedagogy, & working as a mentor for future wellness and inclusion leaders. Her goal is to help others find their deeper purpose in life through self-care, starting with a foundation of bias un-earthing - Healing ourselves only makes us more able to be compassionate for others. Katrina is a Certified Wellness Specialist and certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional. She has her Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion (Focus: Nutrition, Minor in Sociology) and holds certificates in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and the University of South Florida. She also has an Associate of Science Degree in Graphic Design aligning with her passion for creativity as a catharsis for healing and self-expression. Katrina is a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success, an Action for Healthy Kids Ambassador, an organizational consultant for corporate and nonprofit leadership, a Contributor for Multiple publications through freelance writing, an ACE Pro and Subject Matter Expert, & Chair of the Equity and Inclusion Board with IDEA Fit.
